South Carolina Divorce Settlement Agreement
This Divorce Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [date] by and between [Party 1 Name], hereafter referred to as "Party 1", and [Party 2 Name], hereafter referred to as "Party 2". Both parties have agreed to the terms and conditions enclosed in this Agreement as part of their divorce settlement in the State of South Carolina. 1. Marital Information
